I left this place disappointed... Then I woke up after I tried their pastries!! Quality/Quantity - Got their signature item, Mini Burnt Almond!!! And it was amazing!!! No, I mean amazing!! Not too sweet, and you can taste so many different flavors and textures. From the almond, to the vanilla, to the custard filling, and to those candied almonds! I would and could keep coming back just for this! Fruit Tart, La Tulipe - This was good also, almost twice the price as across the street, but that is the cost for quality! This was also in a chocolate "cup", so so good! Also look at their drink prices, so reasonable. Too bad I already did my Starbucks run; but you already know that... Atmosphere - Small local bakery, support locals. Plenty of mall parking, well at least today/this morning. Open 7 days a week from 8am or 9am to 5pm or 7pm. Service - She did not seem happy...? Or did all my Yelp picture taking make her nervous...? Next time I will share and do a better job promoting Yelp. Anyways, as a first time customer, I asked for the best seller and then added a fruit tart to my order as I know my wife prefers that. She was not rude, but again, she was not happy. After each of my selections, she kept asking "anything else" in a hurried manner. I am the only customer, are you in a rush? Price - $17, expensive but worth it. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1986. If service was better, this would have been a 5 star review. If your pastries were not amazing, this would have been a 3 star review. Yes, we prefer to support small businesses and locals also! I will also get my coffee from you next time. Also congrats on the success of your other two bakeries; Sugar Butter Flour and Lavender Bakery.

Based on Yelp Reviewers, i decided to go to this bakery to get an early birthday cake for myself. LoL and it did not disappoint! I always fear trying small cities bakeries because, sure photos look great in presentation, but does it really tastes as good as it looks? Simple name, La Parisserie. High quality cakes better than in San Francisco in my opinion. I wanted the almond cake they are famous for but it was too big for 4 people to eat it so I settle for this chocolate one and it was A+ perfect delicious rich chocolate goodness like a good quality cake should taste like perfection. Then on another time, I came back in May 2024 and night 4 slices of cake where one was the almond and that almond was the highlight and better of the others slices. Great bakery that I will drive out for.

Let me start by saying, "Thank you Fariba!" Fariba did an amazing job on our wedding cake! She was accommodating through every step of picking our dream cake. It came out exactly how we wanted it to. It was a gorgeous cake and so yummy, all our guests loved its taste and look.

A local favorite! I didn't have it this time, but their Mexican Wedding Cookies are sublime. I love that you can mix and match cookies (1 lb is around $16) and pay by weight instead of being restricted to buying bulk of one cookie type. Anytime I'm craving some crumbly, buttery cookies, this is the place I think of. This was the first time I had one of their more substantial desserts. My partner had the lemon bar and it was very tart (we were warned by the clerk). The lemon flavor really came through with all of its sourness, and it wasn't too sweet. I think the lemon bar is for true sour lemon lovers. On the other hand, the lemon Diablo I had was a wonderful balance of flavors and textures. Each layer of mousse, lemon curd, and cake comes together with every spoon or forkful to make a harmonious balance of lemon flavor with just enough sweetness, fluffiness, creaminess, and tingly essence. Although a small "unassuming" bakery, friendly workers and a gallery of dessert variety make this shop a Cupertino staple.

My wife and I have been going to La Patisserie Bakery for years. We love their cookies, lemon bars, pastries, tarts, cakes, etc. Their version of the following... French Napoleon: Puff pastry filled with creamy custard and raspberry preserve (5/5). By far the best that we've had at any bakery. The flakiness of the pastry, but that layer of raspberry preserve has elevated their version above others. They have a similar one at SBF, but it's not the same. The flakey top is not as good as La Patisserie. Persian Napoleon: Layered puff pastry filled with light cream (4/5). Guava Cake: Guava filled and iced with guava mousse, topped with a thin layer of guava glaze (4/5). This is delicious, light, airy cake, with the creamy guava and glaze which is not too sweet. Burnt Almond: Vanilla and chocolate cake filled with Amaretto custard filling, iced with whipped cream, and topped with candied almonds (4/5). Black Forest: Chocolate cake filled with custard and cherry preserve, iced with whipped cream, and topped with Maraschino cherries (4/5).

I found another pastry and bakery shop with delicious cake flavors and cookies! It looks like a small and traditional bakery shop but they have a good roster of sweet delicacies and baked goods to choose from. My favorite is the Mini Burnt Almond. It's a unique cake packed with texture and flavors with the right sweetness. The Turtle Cheesecake is also good and has rich thick texture. They have a lot of cookie choices that you can mix and match and pay per pound. The Mexican Cookies are my favorite. I was able to try one of their big cakes during a birthday party, the Strawberry Cream and it was delicious. You have the option to preorder and customize the size of the cake. The one they got was probably a big one and the guests love it, there was no leftover. This is definitely in my top list for special cakes. It can be busy especially during weekends and holiday occasions. But they have a good number of staff to attend to the customers.
